Monique is a highly experienced real estate sales and custom home design expert with over 25 years of industry expertise. Having worked in three different regions of the country, she has gained a uniquely balanced view of the real estate market cycles. Additionally, as a homeowner who has moved her family several times, Monique understands the emotions involved in such a significant transition and is sensitive to the needs and concerns of the individuals and families she services.

Monique started her real estate career at the age of 19, working with her mother on a small island in New Jersey. Later, she worked for Amgen, a biotech company, where she managed large budgets for the redesign of network infrastructure across different departments. After her time at Amgen, Monique returned to her passion for construction and real estate. Using her combined skills of real estate and project management, she owned and managed a Lindal Cedar Home design center. Here, she led the development of several highly customized homes, from design and budgeting to construction.

Monique's diverse experiences have given her the ability to guide her clients through the myriad of choices and trade-offs that are often part of the home sale or purchase process. Since 2004 she specializes in selling luxury rural properties in the Los Gatos Mountains.

In 2017, Monique and her husband moved to Cave Creek where she is enjoying the luxury rural properties that Cave Creek and Carefree offer. Being part of the Russ Lyon Sotheby’s family provides her the ability to market both local and nationally to the luxury market.

Monique and her husband have been married for 35 years and have 2 daughters and four grandchildren. One of their daughters is an A-10 pilot in the Air Force, adding to their family's pride in her service to the country.

Outside of work, Monique enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle, which includes wake surfing, pickleball, biking, swimming, and hiking with her family.
