Monique Pacurariu brings over 25 years of real estate sales and custom home design expertise. Having operated across three distinct regions nationwide, she possesses a uniquely balanced perspective on real estate market cycles and property valuation.
Her background blends high-level project management—ranging from managing network infrastructure design for biotech giant Amgen to owning and directing a Lindal Cedar Home design center—with hands-on construction oversight. This combined skillset allows her to expertly guide clients through complex decisions, trade-offs, and custom development during buy or sell processes.
Specializing in luxury rural properties since 2004 (formerly in the Los Gatos Mountains), Monique and her husband relocated in 2017 to Cave Creek. Today, backed by the prestigious Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty family, she represents fine luxury rural real estate across Cave Creek and Carefree, connecting local listings to global reach.
Outside of real estate, Monique enjoys 35 years of marriage, spending time with her two daughters and four grandchildren, and staying active with wake surfing, pickleball, biking, swimming, and hiking.
