"Hello! Over the last year, we have been working with Monique and would like to let you know how what an outstanding experience that was. We first “met” Monique online when we saw a home in Cave Creek that interested us. We live in Bellevue, WA. Monique immediately drove to the home and conducted a virtual tour over FaceTime for us. It was in the late Spring and COVID was raging so we were not able to fly down to see the house, and it sold before we could eventually make the trip. But Monique took the assignment to work with us and she diligently scanned the market for homes with the qualities we were looking for. Anything that was a possibility she gave us a virtual tour without delay - at a time convenient for us (and couldn’t have been convenient for her - dinner time?). Her energy was absolutely impressive! Next, our son found a condo online that he was interested in, and Monique headed straight out to give him a virtual tour the afternoon we called. Her advice throughout that transaction was valuable, timely, and accurate - all long distance and all while she was headed out of town and on a much deserved vacation! While that transaction did not come to fruition (which turned out fine), Monique continued to show us properties that met our requirements. Finally, a house hit the market that we loved and Monique again rushed right out in blazing hot weather to give us a tour. We made an offer that day, and the sale closed a few weeks ago. Throughout the process, Monique gave generously of her time. She set up appointments with people to work through every question we had. She offered helpful advice about the area. She set up a beautiful food and wine reception for our first visit to the house. How could we not love it? She made us feel like we were the most important client in the world, which means a lot - this was a big life event for us! We are discerning and deliberate, and she stayed with us every step of the way. Once the house closed, she prepared a beautiful and festive selection of food and drinks for our first visit. She even brought over folding chairs so we had somewhere to sit! She made everything so fun and special! Buying a new house can be so stressful and angst ridden - especially out of state, not to mention during COVID! Monique was a constant reassuring and calming and fun presence. One of my favorite sayings is “Go the extra mile, it’s never crowded”. Monique has distinguished herself as someone who definitely goes the extra mile. She is a gem! We are so grateful for everything she did for us. We have done several real estate transactions over the years and BY FAR, this was the most seamless, successful, and satisfying."

However, after working with Monique Pacurariu the expression has never been more appropriate and meaningful. Monique is the one-stop go to person to get things done. In a seller’s market with very low inventory she found multiple houses to show us. She first got a good feel for our tastes and quickly understood what we were looking for in a home. She anticipated our needs and introduced us to neighborhoods we would not otherwise have considered. Her in-depth knowledge of N. Scottsdale, Cave Creek, and Carefree made it possible for her to quickly identify neighborhoods that fit our requirements. Once we identified our dream house, Monique was a savvy negotiator when it came time to make an offer. She worked tirelessly with the selling agent to get us the best price and maximize the best outcome for us. Being a buyer from out-of-state, we relied on Monique and her deep network of vendors to coordinate all inspections and repairs on the house. She even took delivery, on our behalf, of furniture we had delivered to the house after close and before we took possession of the house. She proactively provided us with all utility contacts to make the transition to the house as easy as possible. The day we drove down to Carefree to take possession of the house all utilities were up and running and she was there to greet us with a bottle of champagne and a wonderful housewarming gift. She then stayed and answer the many questions we had about the new home we purchased. We could not have been more thrilled with the job she did and would not have gotten this done without her. Having purchased many homes previously, it is easy to say that Monique consistently went above and beyond what was necessary and made the transaction and transition as simple as possible for my wife and me."
